    The staff was very courteous and the service levels were remarkable. The ambience and upkeep of the property were top-notch. The fitness center and spa were excellent, and the food served at the restaurant was delicious. I also loved the attention to detail with amenities like rooms with a bath tub and a breakfast menu that included ABC juice. The hotel's location on the Mumbai-Kolkota highway, just on the outskirts of the city, was convenient.

    All aspects of my stay were satisfactory, no improvements needed.

    Worth its 5 stars. Deluxe & very clean hotel. Loved how the deluxe king room was arranged when we arrived. Stores and retail stores are near to the property. There was a buffet breakfast.

    The hotel we stayed at was absolutely fantastic! We were surprised to be granted early check, in without any additional charges, which really made our day. the room was ultra, modern and luxurious, with all amenities at our disposal. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast spread, , it was delicious! the location was perfect for our needs, and we were also impressed by the variety of facilities on offer, including a pool and a BBQ area.

    we did feel that some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.

    I recently stayed at a hotel in Raipur for my business trip and I must say, it was a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to the main road and attractions. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. I must mention the excellent staff who were accommodating, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from.

    The wait time for check-in was longer than expected, and the lobby had a strange odor. The pool area was not well maintained with no staff around to provide towels.

    This hotel provides luxurious amenities that cater to my needs. the garden area is lovely and the spa center is perfect after a long day of exploring the city. the room advantages are exclusive and the restaurant serves delicious meals with special diet menus.

    The processing at the front desk was quite slow, causing a delay in checking-in. Although the outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, I didn't have enough time to enjoy it.

    I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Raipur. the hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the spacious and well-decorated rooms. Secondly, the staff at this hotel is attentive and accommodating. From the warm and courteous front office staff to the helpful lobby boys, everyone made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the hotel is ideal. Situated on Mumbai-Kolkata highway and close to the airport, it's conveniently located just outside the city.

    My experience at this hotel was fantastic.

    Located near the outer ring, the hotel offers easy accessibility to the city and airport, but away from the hustle of the market. the rooms are well-equipped with fresh water and tea/coffee kettle, and housekeeping staff are excellent. the hotel facilities include a nice pool area, gym, and great breakfast, making the stay comfortable and convenient.

    At times, the room service can be slow and may result in luke-warm tea, which is unexpected.
